As a lifetime student of yoga Kathy completed her 200 YTT certification with Yoga Alliance in 2020. Kathy has taught in various studio environments.  Coming to NC in 2023, Kathy has brought her passion for yoga to the Serenity community.  Creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere Kathy is offering yoga classes with a focus on balance and movement, breath work and mindfulness.  Experience a sense of community with yoga by Kathy Stiles.
